Implementing MBS Direct With Your School
A dedicated implementations team will ensure your complete satisfaction. Your Client Services team, which includes your Account Manager, Client Services Manager, and Implementation Specialist, works with you to get to know your school's unique needs and expectations.
Next, your Client Services team will develop a customized timeline for your school that will let you know what you can expect from MBS Direct. This timeline includes everything from the first step of setting up your Virtual Bookstore to marketing your ordering and buyback times.
As sales and buyback take place, your Client Services team will work with you to track orders and shipments—ensuring you that everything runs smoothly.
Your Client Services team will review your first year with MBS Direct. This review takes place so that we can better understand your school's unique needs and expectations for the next school year. In doing so, the Client Services team will also keep you up-to-date about additional value-added services from MBS Direct will be offering.

The Virtual Bookstore
We will build a customized interactive Web site that is branded as your school's official bookstore. Using your school's colors, logo, and banner is just the beginningthe exceptional feature of your new online bookstore is that you will choose how to organize and present course materials: by campus site, by program, or by course name or number.

Returns Policy
Your families can return textbooks and course materials 30 days after they order or 30 days after classes start, whichever is later.
