You may return course materials purchased from MBS Direct up to two weeks after the order is received or two weeks after the first day of class, whichever is later.Any materials returned after this period will be checked in as a buyback. If there is no value on the items returned, you will receive notification in the form of a letter or email.
Complete return instructions appear on the backside of the packing slip that came with your order. Credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made. Allow two to three weeks for processing time.
