Dedicated Implementation Specialists
Your
Account Manager will introduce you to
your dedicated Implementation Specialist whose only job is to help you
implement your virtual bookstore quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
Once the details have been reviewed, your Implementation Specialist will
introduce you to your client representative and provide you with materials such
as eTemplates, specifically designed to facilitate easy administrative set-up.
A Coordinated Team Approach
You, your Account Manager, and your Implementation Specialist will participate
in regular conference calls to confirm and clarify the program details you have
chosen for your school. MBS Direct tailors programs to the needs of each
school. Some schools, for example, include book fees within tuition and may
choose to use the Auto-Order option, relieving students from having to place
their own orders. Other schools have student financial aid available for
students to use toward the purchase of course materials. The coordinated team
approach ensures that no detail is overlooked or misunderstood. Throughout the
process, you stay actively involved, providing feedback and approval.
Client Representatives
The Client Service Representative is your everyday liaison, communicating all
business activity between your school and MBS Direct from coordinating
booklists and marketing activities to answering any questions that may arise.
These dedicated, long-term employees work in teams, meeting regularly to become
familiar with each other's clients to ensure that you experience consistency
and personal attention at all times
Marketing
to Your Students
In order to help your new book service be a success, you will work
with one of our Marketing Specialists to create a marketing plan for your
school. Your Marketing Specialist will provide the materials you need to notify
and inform students, faculty, and staff of their new book service.
Email Campaigns
From us or from you, your students will be notified when their virtual
bookstore is open for the next term. A Marketing Specialist will work with you
to create a customized marketing campaign for your school.
Letter Templates
Send a personal letter to each of your families or faculty introducing MBS
Direct and your new online book service.
Posters and Fliers
An array of 11" x 17" color posters are customized for your institution. The
"Seven Reasons to use MBS Direct" poster describes the four ordering options
and then illustrates important reasons why students should order through MBS
Direct. In addition, we have posters to support your buyback efforts.
